Delivery & Returns
All items are shipped directly to you by each brand. Shipping costs are calculated on a per brand basis (not by quantity or weight), and will vary depending on the delivery region and the brand fulfilling the order.
On every product page, you will see the name of the brand and their specific shipping information. This can be found in the ‘Delivery & Returns’ tab beneath the product images on every product page. If you have trouble finding this, use our chat feature in the bottom right corner to quickly access help, or drop us an email at [email protected] and we will be sure to assist.
As products are shipped directly by each vendor, you may receive multiple packages from one order transaction.
After purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order request. Most brands will also provide tracking information that will be emailed to you directly. If you sign up, you can also log-in to your account to track your orders.
**All brands on mamoq ship worldwide, however orders placed outside of the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import duties, or tax.
By law, you are entitled to return any standard item within 14 days of receiving it. However specific returns policy will vary by brand.
For guidance on returns, look for a brand’s specific returns policy that can be found in the ‘Delivery & Returns’ tab on every product page.
We do not hold stock, so all items should be returned directly back to the individual brand.
